Move with MASO 2026 is a vibrant community initiative built around two key components: a 5 km Fun Run & Walk and health promotion activities designed as an inclusive supporting activity. Beyond being a fun run, Move with MASO 2026 represents a strategic effort to inspire Malaysians to embrace a more active lifestyle. Complemented by health education booths, interactive activities, and basic health screenings with professional guidance, the program aims to raise awareness about physical activity, obesity prevention, and healthy living—ultimately nurturing a healthier, more energetic, and connected community.
